Why ICF for a shop or commercial building

A shop wall stacked from SuperForm ICF is insulated on both faces of a concrete core. There is no cavity to lose heat through and no framing to conduct cold, so the building holds its temperature even with a bay door cycling. Add a SuperPex hydronic floor and the slab itself becomes the heat source, which makes a February workday a different experience. The walls are also solid enough to take shelving, lifts and equipment loads without special blocking.
