This new house construction project required a custom maple railing for their open riser staircase and upstairs loft. Iron spindles and maple newel posts were used to complete the modern, yet timeless look.

For this project the homeowner requested a solid wood railing to be built for safety and to match the charm of the historic house. Shown as raw wood, no stain or varnish.

SuperForm ICF foundation
Insulated concrete forms stacked and braced ahead of the pour. The block is placed by hand, reinforcing goes in to the engineered spec, and the finished wall is insulated on both faces and ready for drywall.
